As for Sweden the cost is very straightforward. It’s a bit different from county to county, but in Stockholm you pay 275 SEK (about $29) for a visit to a GP or specialist. 375 or 400 SEK ($39–42) for emergency care. The cost is capped at 1450 SEK ($151) per 12 month period.

I’ve heard many people in the UK mentioning the parking fees. But by now everybody should know about them so they’re not exactly hidden.
